Sport working day favorites with a Creole twist, loads of bacon
SAN ANTONIO – Drumsticks with bacon and bacon-wrapped burgers?! It’s a delicious touchdown for the most significant sport of the year.
Chef Gaye, of Tony Chachere’s, is cooking up game working day goodies with plenty of bacon and Creole seasoning.
Excellent for entertaining, these spicy bacon rooster drumsticks are grilled, then served with Tony Chachere’s ranch salad dressing.
The burgers, marinated with Tony Chachere’s burger marinade and seasoned with the bold Creole seasoning, pairs properly with sharp cheddar cheese and a slice of bacon.

14 hen drumsticks

1 pound sliced bacon (place temperature)

1 tablespoon chili powder

1 1/2 tablespoons Tony Chachere’s daring Creole seasoning

1 cup dark brown sugar
Directions:
Preheat grill to 375°F.
Combine chili powder and Tony Chachere’s seasoning, then location in a shallow bowl. Spot brown sugar in an additional bowl.
Roll drumsticks in seasoning blend. Area on a baking pan.
Wrap one particular slice of bacon all-around just about every drumstick. Place on a greased baking pan. Roll legs in brown sugar.

Instructions:
Preheat grill.
In a bowl, blend ground beef, burger marinade and 2 tablespoons of daring Creole seasoning. Evaluate 1/2 cup portions of beef, form into patties and chill in the fridge.
Remove patties from fridge. Location one slice of cheese in heart of each and every patty. Include with yet another patty. Wrap burger with bacon.
Grill burgers more than medium heat, about 7 to 8 minutes for each side (or until finally cooked through), and internal temperature registers 160°F on thermometer.
