Leader in animal protection joins Sammy’s Hope Board of Administrators

In a tough time for homeless pets and individuals alike, the Sammy’s Hope Animal Welfare & Adoption Heart in Sayreville announced that veteran animal welfare advocate Kathleen Schatzman has been elected to the center’s Board of Directors.

Schatzman, presently Senior Legislative Affairs manager with the San Francisco-primarily based Animal Lawful Defense Fund (ALDF), has been a chief in animal security with more than 15 decades of government affairs and general public policy experience, according to details delivered by Sammy’s Hope.
