Central Pa. household enhancement organization expands into Alabama

A midstate home enhancement enterprise is growing to Alabama.

West Shore Dwelling expands into Alabama.

West Shore Dwelling has acquired Alabama-based mostly tub remodeler, C&C Enterprises, which operated as New Bathtub Alabama. The transaction took spot on Monday. West Shore now has physical spots in Huntsville, Birmingham and Montgomery.

The acquisition of the Alabama corporation is the fifth acquisition for West Shore Dwelling because 2018. Those people acquisitions have expanded West Shore Household into Kentucky, Indiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Georgia, Alabama and Texas.

In July, West Shore Dwelling expanded into Virginia in July when it acquired Benefit House Products Inc., a toilet reworking business based in Hampton, Virginia. In November 2019, West Shore Residence obtained Florida-centered Fairbanks Design, a window and bathtub company. West Shore Property acquired Kentucky-primarily based America’s Window LLC, a window, bathtub and siding enterprise in the summertime of 2019. In November 2018, the corporation expanded into North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia when it obtained Brytons Dwelling Enhancement, a shower and bathtub reworking firm, dependent in North Carolina.

West Shore property now has 20 operational destinations which includes locations in Lower Allen Township and Pittsburgh.

And a new headquarters in the midstate is on the way for West Shore Household. Final calendar year, West Shore House acquired a 55,000-square-foot assets at 3 Crossgates Travel in Hampden Township to change its headquarters on Simpson Ferry Street in Reduced Allen Township. Renovations are predicted to be completed on the new headquarters following month.
